Film, the world-famous story of Lance Armstrong who became a legend with his championships and later confessed to using doping, is told by putting a journalist at the center of the story. Sports writer David Walsh believes that the reason for Armstrong's success is doping and is conducting research to expose this lie. However, after defeating cancer, Armstrong turns into a public hero in America, and no one believes that he cheated.
