The famous Orient Express, which operated between Istanbul and Paris in the 1930s, was the scene of a murder. An American millionaire is found dead on the train. Among the many passengers on the train is the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. The train being stuck in the snow will give Poirot a few hours to solve the murder before the local authorities intervene.
