Hiçbir zaman çalışmak istemeyen Tarık, bir iş görüşmesine gittiğinde çok zengin olan fakat babasının işlerinin kötü gitmesiyle her şeyini kaybeden İrem'e aşık olur. İrem, gidecek bir yeri olmadığı için Tarık'ın davetiyle yaşadığı mahalleye gelir ve bir kitap kafede işe başlar. İrem'in hayali, başarılı olmak, kendi işini kurmak ve eski hayatına geri dönmektir. Tarık, İrem'i etkilemenin iş kurmaktan geçtiğini fark eder ve bir gün, sıradan ve vizyonsuz ilham perisi İlhan ile karşılaşır. İlham perisinin önerileriyle, hepsi başarısızlıkla sonuçlanacak ama eğlenceli olan çeşitli iş girişimlerine atılırlar.
